Helen’s Perspective
"LMI’s culture is one of dignity and respect where people genuinely care about your wellbeing and development as an individual. Long gone are the days of producing and presenting endless power points – instead people come prepared to have actual conversations when meeting and all voices are encouraged to add their perspective to achieve better outcomes."
